Qualified candidates will have:
- Experience working in fine dining restaurant or recent culinary grad
- Able to cook in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Capable of learning all stations on the line
- Organized, self-sufficient, able to work under pressure
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- Desire to learn and grow their culinary skills
- Strong work ethic
- Basic knife skills
- A passion to learn regional Italian cuisine
- Culinary Degree a plus but not necessary
Recent culinary school grads are welcome.
